The Folly Theater hosts four annual series of its own in addition to being the venue of choice for many events.

Folly Children's Series - Our children's series, catering primarily to classroom children on weekday mornings, brings the best national touring art to Kansas City. The 2002 - 2003 season features everything from The Kennedy Center's Imagination Celebration on Tour in "The Nightingale" to Theatreworks/USA's productions straight from New York City.

Folly Jazz - Primarily serving classroom groups attending performances on weekday mornings, the Folly Kids’ Series brings the very best national-touring professional children’s theater to Kansas City.  Companies presented include The Kennedy Center’s “Imagination Celebration on Tour” and New York’s Theatreworks/USA.
